Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time. The staff was helpful and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel had a perfect location, with restaurants and public transportation nearby. We enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms, and the fact that there was a new restaurant opening soon was a bonus.

The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent, a bit annoying. we would have liked to have more TV channels, especially sports channels like ESPN, for entertainment.

The location of the hotel is perfect for easy access to other areas, as it is close to the skytrain and train station. The convenience of the nearby BTS makes it effortless to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel offers a washing dryer unit in the room, making it convenient for longer stays.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location nearby the Prom Phong BTS station made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city easily. The hotel is nestled in a quiet residential area, ensuring a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch - from the comfortable beds to the ironing facilities and air conditioning, everything was thoughtfully provided for our comfort. We also appreciated the balcony and sitting area, which offered a lovely spot to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The in-room safe and dining table were handy additions, and the free toiletries and washing machine were a bonus for added convenience. The fully-equipped kitchen was a dream, complete with a cooker, electric kettle, and cookware. The flat-screen TV and CD player provided entertainment options, while the parquet floor gave the room a touch of elegance. We were also impressed by the friendly and attentive staff who were always ready to assist us with any requests. The free Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, ensuring we could stay connected throughout our stay. The overall facilities, including the car park and bar/lounge area, added to the luxurious experience.

They even printed out special maps and timetables for us. The location was perfect, with the skytrain station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city and visit shopping malls. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine and a full-size fridge. The spacious room had a separate living room and kitchen, giving us plenty of space to relax. we were extremely impressed with the service and facilities here.
